How can I contact you?


To add a new question go to app settings and press "Manage Questions" button.There are various ways to contact us. We are available by submitting a contact form online, via email contact@channyjscatering.com or by phone (248) 905-3770.




Is a deposit required for catering services?


We require a nonrefundable deposit of 50% of the estimated total charge from all clients.




What is your cancellation policy?


Cancellation of any event must be submitted in writing via email. If the patron cancels a contracted food, beverage (alcoholic or non-alcoholic), floral event and/or facility, Channyjs Catering can retain a portion or all of the retainer fee as liquidated damages. All deposits are nonrefundable but can be applied to a future event of equal of greater value of the cancelled contracted event if the new event is scheduled within 2 (two) months of the original event, if cancelled in writing via email 30 (thirty) days prior to the scheduled event. All monies paid towards the catered event is considered to be a part of the deposit.




Is there a minimum persons for catering's?


The FAQ title can be adjusted in the settings tab of the App Settings. You can also remove the title by unchecking its checkbox in the settings tab.




Can I order food by the pans?


Yes, we offer per pan pricing which is available via email contact.




Do you offer in home chef services?


Yes, in home chef services are available.




How long is shipping?


Due To COVID-19 please allow 5-7 business days excluding weekends & holidays.




How do I track my order?


A confirmation email is sent once shipping label has been created which includes your tracking number.
